Very beautiful place for a groups. You might be bored if you go alone. Lush green place in the jungle,easily approachable from main highway. A good lake for boating. Scenic beauty is superb,at times while boating you might feel you are in Kerala. You can do bit of trekking here with help of locals. You can order food in advance to take lunch here. Food is good traditional food.cottages are there for overnight stay,but very poor maintenance. please do not stay unless you do no mind frogs roaming around in your room and can stay without ceiling fan in room. Cleanliness is pathetic.A neglected place by authorities which can be developed like anything. Seen couples coming here for pre marriage photo suit. You can explore nearby places. In all god one day picnic place.

It's a natural place to support the Eco tourism and the local tribes. It's about interaction of the culture & knowing about their life style & process. There's a boating ride near the bottom of vishal Khadi (20 mins walk) & you can reach. That's great for a sunset time. 20 mins walk you can find the locals & some huts where you can easily interact. You can have a local companion for a walk which makes your things earlier & comfortable. These guys are innocent & more close to nature. We can know about their hardships & learn a lot from them. Suggestively one should go with children they would know something more than I-pad & video games.

ZINJURAJ

Lots of greenery seen n place for tracking also who want tracking with help of guide which is available there. Room also available for night halt on rent. Location is supurb. Best time is monsoon.
